Meredith Faculty Member to Appear on NBC Show

Associate Professor of History Dan Fountain served as an expert for an episode of NBC’s “Who Do You Think You Are?,” a primetime show that helps celebrities explore their roots by tracing their family trees. The show airs on Fridays at 8 p.m.

Fountain will appear in an episode focused on actor Blair Underwood. It will air on Friday, February 24, 2012.

Fountain, who joined Meredith’s faculty in 2004, teaches courses in U.S. history and public history.
