Emily Woolard presents at Charlotte symposium

Honors junior Emily Woolard presented her research at the 2013 State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research and Creativity Symposium in Charlotte this past weekend. Woolard's poster presentation, 'Mentors as Stress-Mediators for First-Year Students', was part of a larger research effort, the Meredith Emerging Adulthood Longitudinal Study, conducted by Dr Cynthia Edwards (PSY). Woolard worked with Honors senior Lara Pantlin as she prepared her topic. Her attendance at the conference was supported by the Meredith Undergraduate Research Program.
