Working at Meredith College: Human Resources


Access to Meredith Services

Once the signed contract is returned to the Office of Academic Affairs, the faculty member should make an appointment with the Payroll Coordinator in Human Resources in order to complete tax forms and proof of identity. After meeting with the new faculty member and receipt of all proper documentation including signed contract, staff in Human Resources will create the employee's Initial Datatel record. Human Resources completes the Resource Authorization form for new employees. Two copies will be provided to the new faculty member-one to take to Technology Services to obtain access to campus computer sustem and the second to take to Campus Police for receipt of parking decal and CamCard.

• Blackboard account (for online course resources)
• Web Advisor account (provides access to class rosters, online grade submission, student advising data)
• Computer access (Laptops are provided to full-time faculty)
