| In the 12th century this place was as large
as London! It was the largest city in America until Philadelphia outgrew
it in 1800! And it was thriving 800 years ago in the heartland of our
country. At its center was Monk's Mound -- towering as high as a
10-story building. So how come we've never heard about this?
Where is it ? What made it possible for that many people
to live together? They had a solar observatory...why was that? Tell us
