Prayers are requested for Morgan Sanders, who underwent surgery last week. Morgan is a freshman residing in Poteat Residence Hall.

Prayers are requested for Kathie Ostrowski who is at home recovering from surgery. Kathie is the Director of the Dietetic Internship program.

Continued prayers are requested for Mrs. Doris Bailey, who has been readmitted to the hospital. Mrs. Bailey is the mother of Dr. Robin Colby, head of the Department of English.

We offer sympathy to Dr. Margarita Suarez and her family following the death of Margarita’s mother in law Gertrude VandeVusse, on Saturday in Holland, Michigan. Dr. Suarez is a faculty member in the Department of Religion and Philosophy.

Christie Lee asked that we share the following message: “Dad's surgery was successful and he was transferred to rehabilitation on Tuesday. The prayers and good wishes really made a difference and I'm most appreciative to the Meredith Community.” Christie is the Department Assistant in the Music, Dance and Theatre Department.
