The Human Performance Lab at Meredith College was featured in a health report on NBC-17's 7 p.m. newscast, on Tuesday, May 8.

The Human Performance Laboratory, was designed by Chris Eschbach, associate professor of health, exercise and sports science, who serves as its director.

The lab provides athletes of all abilities and persons looking to begin a lifetime of exercise the ability to receive up-to-date evaluations. These evaluations consist of examination of fitness and training status and guidance on how to improve and implement fitness and sport specific training into their lives.
