Jon Katz, author of A Dog Year and A Good Dog, will speak on Wednesday, Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. in Meredith College’s Jones Auditorium. (Doors open at 6 p.m.)

Katz will discuss his latest book, Dog Days: Dispatches from Bedlam Farms. This event, which is free and open to the public, is co-sponsored by Quail Ridge Books and Music and the SPCA of Wake County.
