May 9, 2015
Senior Vice President and Provost Matthew Poslusny announced that 542 undergraduate students have been named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2015 semester at Meredith College.
For a student to be named to the Dean’s List at Meredith, she must have a semester grade-point-average of at least 3.5 out of a possible 4.0, must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours and passed all courses at Meredith.
Chartered in 1891, Meredith College opened with just over 200 women. Today, our student body has grown to nearly 2,000, and includes men at the graduate level. Meredith challenges students to explore their interests, expand their skills, and build on their strengths. Our graduates go on to use their intellect and abilities to make a positive impact on the world. And U.S. News, The Princeton Review and Forbes.com have all included Meredith in their “Best Colleges” lists. At 124 years and counting, Meredith College is still going strong.
