1)   Fill out the  Application Letter .  Be sure to write a mathematics autobiography.

2)   Have your teacher write a Nomination Letter for you.

3)   Mail the following items by April 25 to the address listed below:

• application letter with autobiography
• the nomination letter from your teacher in a sealed envelope
• a $50 deposit made payable to Meredith College

The cost of the Math Camp is $300.  A deposit of $50 payable to Meredith College, applicable toward the cost of the camp, is required with this application.  Payment in full is due June 9.  

Some full and partial scholarships are available based on need.  If you would like to apply for a Waiver of deposit and a Full or Partial Scholarship, please have parent or guardian write a separate letter explaing your circumstances.   Verification of need will be required.

Enrollment is limited.  Successful applicants will be notified by May 21.  Deposits will only be refunded to any applicant not accepted into the program.
