Professional Services

The Marketing and Communications staff develops primary, official, and regularly-scheduled college communications materials that include:

Publicity and publications for all fundraising, undergraduate, graduate, and other recruitment and retention efforts (i.e. viewbooks, catalogues, videos, cds or other electronic media, Meredith's web site content and design, majors brochures, direct mail pieces, invitations, posters, a comprehensive advertisement program, newsletters, magazines, calendars, fundraising and campaign materials, public service announcements, special booths and displays, financial aid and scholarships materials, internal campus communications plan)

External communications, publicity, and publications for all official College events (i.e. news releases; media relations; calendar announcements for cultural performances, exhibitions, College convocations, visits by groups and speakers, commencement, baccalaureate, class day, alumnae weekend, alumnae meetings, alumnae events, Trustee events, advancement/ donor events, sports, special groups, and other announcements)

Institutional graphic identity program (i.e. stationery program, graphics standard manual, banners, nametags, maps, use of the College logos, seal, wordmark, etc.)

Internal campus communications (i.e. employee newsletter, campus e-news)

Crisis communications (i.e. informing campus, media and all constituencies via e-mail, voice mail, fax, Intranet, special meetings, flyers, hotlines, and printed publications)
