Curious about Cambodia? Come Learn More on Friday "A Deeper Look: Cambodian Experiences Shared with the Meredith Community" is a lecture symposium that brings together four scholars who will discuss Cambodian civil society, immigration issues in North Carolina, education and archaeology. The event is designed to share a previously little-discussed country with Meredith students, staff, and faculty and to complement the College's 2011-2012 campus theme of "Uncommon Choices." Assistant Professor of History Hilary Smith will conclude the event. Click here to view the event poster. The event begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 18, and should last about 2 hours. Refreshments will be served and audience discussion will be opened after the event.
