Gilbert and Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore August 26-28 Meredith College’s White Iris Light Opera will present Gilbert and Sullivan’s "H.M.S. Pinafore" August 26-28, in Jones Auditorium. The production, directed by Meredith Assistant Professor of Music Jim Waddelow, brings together Meredith students, faculty and alumnae, along with members of the community, in this laugh-out-loud operatic comedy for all ages. Show dates and times are Friday, August 26 at 8 p.m., Saturday, August 27 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday, August 28 at 3 p.m. Price: Recommended donation of $5.
