Meredith Athletics Hosting Special Olympics Clinics The Meredith College Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is hosting an afternoon of sports clinics for Special Olympics Wake County on November 1. The event will include soccer and tennis clinics that begin at 3 p.m. The event is open to all Special Olympics Wake County soccer and tennis members. The clinics will be held on the Meredith Intramural Field and tennis courts. The SAAC is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athlete experience. Meredith’s SAAC also provides community service through their assistance with Special Olympics Wake County, Habitat for Humanity, Can Food Drives and Penny Drive fundraisers.
