Meredith College President Featured on UNC-TV UNC-TV’s "North Carolina People with William Friday" welcomed Meredith College President Maureen Hartford as the show’s featured guest on Friday, May 29 at 9 p.m. "North Carolina People with William Friday" is hosted by former UNC System President William Friday. The show has aired on UNC-TV for more than 30 years. Hartford was a guest on the show in 1999, after she was named president of Meredith College. This program will also air on UNC-NC, starting Monday, June 1 at 7 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, at 8 a.m., 12 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. UNC-NC is available to those with a digital tuner or digital cable with Time Warner.
