Campus Invited to Help Shape Meredith's Greenprint

Meredith College students, faculty and staff are invited to help shape the College’s environmental “greenprint” in a brainstorming session on Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, at 3 p.m. in Harris 110.

During the 2008-09 academic year, Meredith College’s campus theme is “Sustaining our Environment: Developing our Greenprint.” The February 13 meeting is part of moving Meredith’s sustainability efforts forward in 2009 and beyond.

“At the meeting, we’ll envision what we’d like the campus to look like in five to ten years in regards to sustainability,” said Meredith Sustainability Coordinator Laura Fieselman. “This will be the first step in the process.”

There will be additional opportunities to provide input in the future for campus community members who are unable to attend the session on Friday. Ideas and input can also be sent to sustainability@meredith.edu.
