• Edit videos using state-of-the-art video editing equipment
• Create marketing and departmental videos for use on the web to enhance the colleges image
• Designer of the Library Digital Media Room
• Processes videos for the Library Digital Media room so students can watch assigned videos on the web
• Directs, produces and switches live video events on campus
• Supervises the campus cable delivery systemy
• Videotapes major events for college archives
• Supervise, train and support users of video production equipment
• Supervises MCTV

Personal Statement

After working as a deposition videographer in Rocky Mount, NC my sister, who was attending Meredith at the time, told me about the position for Cable Administrator. As they say the rest is history. In the twelve years I have worked at Meredith College in Media Services my supervisor has allowed me to become an innovative media administrator for which I am very grateful. I have been able to teach video production, create the Library Digital Media room and supervise a valuable video production area.

To relax and unwind after work all I have to do is play with my pets. I have a Doberman named Angel and an Angora named Lily. These two creatures make me laugh and smile every day. Traveling to historic places with my mom and Angel makes for a fun getaway. I also relax by throwing a line in any body of water that might have a fish or two.

I am located in room 027 on the ground floor of the Carlyle Campbell Library.
