College Life: Films from Meredith College
1936-1967
These clips are from 4 hours of 8mm film
shot at Meredith from 1936 to 1967. The film was converted
to S-VHS video by John Allen, Inc., in 1991 and converted
to digital format in 2003 using the College's Avid 3.5 Xpress
DV editing system. They are housed in the College
Archives in the Library.
This project is a joint effort by the Library
(Ted Waller, Martha
Fonville, Melanie Fitzgerald) and Technology Services (Tom
Butler, Diane Sherman).
