Vacation Override for Prescriptions

 

 

 For anyone who is planning to travel this summer and needs to have more than a 30 day supply of medication,  please use the following information to request a prescription override:
 
Vacation overrides can be handled simply by the employee contacting Express Scripts by calling member services.  Call 1-800-663-8081, then press 1, 1, 2, 2.  That will route the call to an Express Scripts patient care advocate who will process the vacation override request.
