The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to supporting the mission and goals of Meredith College by helping create an environment that aligns people, performance, and institutional values.  We will ensure that all policies and practices treat employees fairly, with dignity and respect, and that all policies are legally compliant.  We will serve as a resource to assist employees in the performance of their jobs, whether that job is directly providing services to students, to another employee, or to others.  We will continually evaluate and improve services whenever possible.
