• Biometrics Appointment (includes cholesterol screen, resting heart rate and blood pressure, height, weight, waist and hip measures)
• Fitness assessment
• Exercise recommendations
• On campus group exercise classes
• Educational programming (lunch-n-learns, etc.)
• Wellness Release Time (determined by total hours worked each week)
• The opportunity to win great prizes each month!

NOTE: To participate in WOW! programs, you must be a member of the program. When your registration is complete, we will send you your “WOW” sticker to keep on your ID card to identify your “WOW” membership.

All information collected through this program is confidential and does NOT become part of your employment file, nor will it be used for benefits eligibility and will not be shared with anyone other than the WOW! program coordinator and staff. Participation is voluntary.
