WALKTOBER IS COMING!
- October is a great time to get out walk.
- Join the WOW! group as we dedicate ourselves to walking 30 minutes/day or taking 10K steps/day.
- Registration begins September 15th - For $10 you get a pedometer and program materials. When you complete the program - we'll give you back your $10! Now that is a WOW! deal
