Cardiovascular Fitness Assessment: $175.00    VIEW SAMPLE RESULTS & TIMELINE

***3 cardio assessment package (track your fitness): $350.00 (to be used by the same individual at times of their choosing)

The assessment includes (bike or run):                 

  • Maximal Oxygen Consumption (VO2max ) measured via metabolic cart
  • Lactate Threshold/Training zone determined utilizing blood samples
  • Power or Pace training zones
  • Substrate utilization (Calories of fat and carbohydrate at different intensities)
  • Body composition analysis (% body fat) via 7-site skin-fold assessment
  • Estimate of resting metabolic rate
  • Consulting on how to use the results

Triathlete Package: $350.00    VIEW SAMPLE RESULTS & TIMELINE

The assessment includes (bike or run):                 

  • Two cardiovascular fitness assessments: Perform bike and run or save one for later
  • Underwater swim analysis: includes video that will be sent to you following testing
  • Testing may need to be scheduled on multiple days

Caloric Needs Assessment: $190.00    VIEW TIMELINE    

The assessment, intended for individuals interested in losing or gaining weight, includes:

  • Measured Resting Metabolic Rate
  • Substrate utilization (Calories of fat and carbohydrate at different intensities)
  • Body composition analysis (% body fat) via 7-site skin-fold assessment
  • Heart rate training zones
  • Consulting on how to use the results

Body Composition and Resting Metabolism Assessment: $85.00    VIEW TIMELINE

The assessment includes:

  • Measured Resting Metabolic Rate
  • Body composition via underwater (hydrostatic weighing)

General Fitness Assessment: $85.00    VIEW TIMELINE

The assessment includes:

  • Sub-maximal test for measurement of aerobic fitness
  • Heart rate training zone estimation  
  • Body composition analysis via skin-fold assessment
  • Flexibility
  • Muscular strength and endurance testing
  • Blood pressure
  • General exercise plan and consulting on how to use the exercises

Nutrition Services

Nutrition Tune-Up: Cost: $150

  • This one time, 90 minute session is ideal for healthy individuals interested in making small changes to their diet or developing training/race day fueling strategies. A summary, including any strategies, resources or referrals, is sent following the session.

Nutrition Performance Plan: Cost: $300

  • These three one-on-one sessions allow for a more detailed nutrition assessment, education, and evaluation of your personal healthy eating and performance strategies. The first session is 90 minutes and involves a detailed dietary assessment and personalized plan. Two 60 minute follow-up sessions allow for evaluation and adjustment of your plan and to discuss any other nutrition topics. A summary email is sent after each session. Recieve 15% off of laboratory assessments with this plan.

Nutrition Lifestyle Plus: Cost: $540

  • This includes the “Performance Plan,” plus three additional follow-up sessions (1 90-min and 2-60 min) to monitor your progress. One of these additional sessions includes a 90 minute grocery store visit or pantry evaluation. Recieve 15% off of laboratory assessments with this plan.

Individual follow-up sessions to above: Cost: $85/hour


 

Training Services

  • This one time, 90 minute session is ideal for individuals interested in looking for help designing an exercise plan. A summary, including training outline, resources or referrals, is sent following the session.

Training Performance Plan: Cost: $300

  • These three one-on-one sessions allow for a more detailed training assessment and evaluation. The first session is 90 minutes and involves developing a training outline. Two 60 minute follow-up sessions allow for evaluation and adjustment of your plan and to discuss any other training/racing topics. A summary email is sent after each session. Recieve 15% off of laboratory assessments with this plan.

Training Lifestyle Plus: Cost: $540

  • This includes the “Performance Plan,” plus three additional follow-up sessions (1 90-min and 2-60 min) to monitor your progress. One of these additional sessions includes a 90 minute training session if desired. Recieve 15% off of laboratory assessments with this plan.
