Meredith Advocates for Young Children (MAYC) is an organization devoted to helping shape the future, development, and education of young children.

Why should I join MAYC? If you have an interest in and want to be involved and informed about the education of young children, MAYC is for you. Through MAYC, you will be involved in the community and may obtain links to the professional world. Active participation and attendance are a big part of MAYC and are important to your involvement. If you are interested in becoming a member, come to one of our monthly meetings and talk with one of the officers.

Meetings feature guest speakers or workshops related to working with young children, their family and careers related to child development.  The organization also coonducts one service project per year.
