Greetings from the Director
The growing awareness of the link between diet and human health has created an increased need for skilled dietary professionals in a variety of settings. Participants accepted to our dietetic internship are uniquely prepared for success in continued graduate study or professional service. Students completing the internship earn six-credit hours toward the M.S. in nutrition from Meredith, and are also eligible to apply for N.C. licensure upon successfully passing the R.D. exam.Meredith's location couldn't be better for internship participants who can work at some of the world's top corporations and medical centers, as well as in local human services agencies and school systems. We look forward to working with you.
