Meredith College Nutrition Programs
Nourish your mind. The Master of Science in nutrition and Dietetic Internship programs aim to create a culture of learning and teaching distinguished by collaboration, innovation and excellence for both men and women. The graduate nutrition programs at Meredith are set apart by our student-centered approach where students are encouraged to learn, grow and achieve both inside and outside the classroom. Many of our students are people who decided after earning their undergraduate degree, and in some cases years of professional experience, that they want to change fields.
Why Meredith?
- Personal Attention Meredith's faculty and graduate school staff are committed to getting to know and support each student. This one-on-one mentoring helps Meredith students develop exceptional confidence and knowledge.
- Convenient Scheduling Students may attend Meredith on a full- or part-time basis, and classes are planned to coordinate with the schedules of working professionals.
- Research Students develop expertise in a specialized area of foods and nutrition through the research process. Individual and group research projects allow students to review the knowledge base on a particular topic, develop a research question, design and administer their own studies and present their findings.
- Collaborative Learning Enriching relationships develop among students, who bring real-world experience from a range of professional and academic backgrounds. Students collaborate with faculty by working with them on in-depth research projects.
