Volunteer Opportunity Listserv:
The Office of Student Leadership and Service receives volunteer requests from community agencies on a regular basis. In an effort to communicate these opportunities to the Meredith Community, they have developed a Volunteer Opportunity listserv. Subscribers to the listserv receive notices of volunteer opportunities twice a month. To join: click here
MeredithREADS
Make a difference in the life of a young child through the MeredithREADS Literacy Program. MeredithREADS Literacy Volunteers work at a partner elementary school or childcare center, with the same child/children once weekly during a full academic year. Using multicultural children's books and the Motheread curriculum, volunteers share stories aloud and lead related hands-on activities with children. For more information: click here
