Q: Can anyone rent space at Meredith?
A: Yes, but we will ask how the event relates to our mission and our students.
Q: How much does it cost to rent facilities at Meredith?
A: Because each person or group who rents our facilities has their own unique needs, many of which may affect the cost of renting our facilities, we prefer to discuss pricing individually. Please contact us and we'll be happy to provide an estimated cost.
Q: Is there a charge for parking on campus?
A: Parking is free. We sometimes charge for extra security to assist with parking.
Q: How far in advance can I reserve space?
A: Our curriculum needs are our first priority so we do not book the campus until those decisions are made. Dates for the fall are not available until late summer.The exception is weddings which are booked one year in advance.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: We have a catering contract with Aramark, which is available to meet your catering needs. We are a dry campus and alcohol is not allowed on the property.
Q: What if I have a problem at an event and need assistance.
