Its a new year and as usual most of us will be setting at least one health and fitness goal.In order to be successful with any goal, it is important to identify exactly what it is you want to accomplish. Let FITCHECK help you determine your goal.
FITCHECK will take the following measures and fitness assessments:
Height/weight/waist and hip measurement
Resting blood pressure and heart rate
1.5 mile walk/jog aerobic endurance)
Modified push-ups (muscular endurance)
Sit-n-reach (flexibility)

Wednesday, January 23rd 3:00 4:00 p.m. FAC-STAFF ONLY
Thursday, January 24th 2:00 3:00 p.m.
Friday, January 25th 10 10:50 a.m.
All sessions meet at the track.
