Professional biography

Liao's research interests lie in supply chain strategy & management, knowledge management, and innovation management. The results of her research have been published in several academic journals, including Journal of Supply Chain Management, Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Operations Management, and Journal of Manufacturing and Technology Management. Her paper presented at the 2010 Decision Sciences Institute Annual Meeting was awarded “Best Theoretical/Empirical Research Paper”. In 2006, she received the ‘‘Best Paper’’ award from Journal of Operations Management.
