Jane Matthews currently serves as Associate Director of Employer Relations in the Office of Career Planning at Meredith College. She focuses on building relationships with employers and developing innovative avenues to connect them with students. Prior to joining the team at Meredith, she served as a career counselor at NC State University, and also held roles in both corporate recruiting and hospitality management. Jane is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and holds a M.Ed. in Counselor Education (College Counseling and Student Development) and a B.A. in Communication, both from NC State University. She is a past-president of both the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers (NCACE) and the North Carolina Career Development Association (NCCDA).
