Bachelor of Arts in Theatre
All candidates for the theatre major must complete a series of general education requirements as well as the 37- 39 credit hour core curriculum in theatre.
Meredith's 37- 39 hour theatre major allows students to study all aspects of theatrical production, with the opportunity to focus in Performance, Production, or Musical Theatre.

K–12 Licensure in Theatre—77–80 hrs.
The K–12 teaching licensure in theatre is designed for those students who wish to pursue the teaching of theatre as a profession. This program will result in licensure by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction to teach theatre in grades K–12.
