Bachelor of Arts in Theatre
All candidates for the Theatre major must complete a series of general education requirements as well as the 36 credit hour core curriculum in theatre.

Meredith's 39 hour theatre major allows students to study all aspects of theatrical production, with the opportunity to customize a course of study in consultation with her major advisor toward a greater overview or toward a focus on performance or production.

K-12 Teacher Licensure--80 hours
The K-12 Teaching Licensure in Theatre is designed for those students who wish to pursue the teaching of theatre as a profession. This program prepares students for licensure by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction to teach theatre in grades K-12.

Musical Theatre Concentration-- Core theatre major +18 hrs.
The Concentration in Musical Theatre is designed to develop the range of knowledge and skills expected of those working towards an interdisciplinary focus in musical theatre. In addition to the 39 hour core requirements for a Bachelor of Arts in theatre, students who complete the Musical Theatre concentration will take 18 additional credit hours.
