Summer Math CAMMP


Meredith College Summer Math CAMMP (Comprehensively Applied Math Manipulatives Program) is an opportunity for elementary school girls to focus on mathematics this summer.

Open to rising first grade through rising fifth grade girls, Meredith’s Summer Math CAMMP will feature fun and educational hands-on activities that incorporate math, engineering, and technology.

Students will:

  • Enhance the understanding of mathematics
  • Connect to real world applications with a social science integration
  • Use analytical skills to build and program machines and robots
  • Experience excitement and education on a college campus

The camp will run July 13—17, 2015, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

$250 (includes lunch in Meredith’s dining hall)
