Women’s Self Defense: Intermediate Padded Assailant Training (0548)

Audience: Women of all ages

Pre-requisite: Completion of the 5 or 7 week Women’s Safety Course, a 4 hour basic rape prevention course, or a waiver from instructors based on previous training. (to contact the instructor, bushidowsd@hotmail.com)

This is by far our most popular class.  Students will get the chance to try out their skills and techniques against a moving, reactive mock attacker in a variety of scenarios.  After you have registered, please contact the instructors directly at bushidowsd@hotmail.com for specific recommendations for clothing and equipment.  Class size is limited to 15 students so please register early.  This is an intermediate class and students must have completed a basic rape prevention course or seminar to attend.
