“My Meredith experience has taught me to explore the world and take in everything I can. I learned an enormous amount on study abroad in England, Scotland and Ireland. My trip abroad taught me how fortunate we are in the United States and also how to better understand differing cultures and people. These lessons have helped me learn how to voice my concerns for the international community and take a stand on modern issues, both of which were goals of mine. I value the confidence and strength that I have gained through being pushed to succeed and break down walls both on campus and in the community.”

Meredith Favorites: Faculty members Gregory Vitarbo, assistant professor of history, and Barbara True-Weber, associate professor of political science. “These professors gave me invaluable advice on so much and have inspired me to learn more about myself and also the great big world around me. The professors at Meredith are some of the most valuable assets the college has.”
Plans: “I am currently looking for a job using my research and analysis skills. Recently I have interviewed with Bank of America for a change analyst position, which looks very promising. After working for a year or two, I would like to go back to school and get my Master’s degree in international relations.”
