
The annual open enrollment period during which Meredith College employees sign up for benefits is underway. Open enrollment ends Wednesday, November 24 at noon. All employees are required to complete a new health enrollment form.
Human Resources hosted a Benefits Fair on October 20 to share information with employees about benefit changes for the upcoming year, and have hosted several information sessions about health insurance and retirement planning options.
Director of Human Resources Pam Davis shared the following information about health insurance changes in an email to campus.

One of the most important recruiting tools for higher education is a College’s website. A recent survey by Noel-Levitz Higher Education Consulting found that 65% of prospective students will become more interested in a college because of a positive online experience.
As a part of our commitment to closely manage College resources, the Budget Planning and Management Team and the Senior Management Team (SMT) have agreed that every open position in the College must come to SMT for discussion about where it can best be used. I want to share some openings and recent hires that have been discussed and approved by SMT.
