New Viewbook Published
An updated version of the Meredith College Viewbook, a primary admissions marketing tool, has recently been published.  This printed piece presents a comprehensive picture of Meredith, emphasizing its unique qualities, providing a sense of what the College “feels” like to a student, with the goal of encouraging students to schedule a visit or apply to Meredith.

Prospective students will receive the viewbook as part of the College’s recruitment efforts. Click here to see the new viewbook online.

The new viewbook uses the “I Believe” brand, and features student profiles and quotes about the Meredith experience.

Sections are designed around the following themes:

  • Learning, featuring information on the strength of Meredith’s academic programs;
  • Succeeding, including facts about the success of Meredith graduates, in careers and graduate schools;
  • Living, highlighting campus life and Meredith traditions; and
  • Exploring, which focuses on Meredith’s campus and our Raleigh location.

The new viewbook, which is printed on a two-year cycle, is a project of the Department of Marketing and the Office of Admissions. As part of this project, the “Why Meredith?” section of the Admissions website was redesigned to work in tandem with the viewbook’s messaging. College Stationery Online Ordering System
Meredith College stationery items, including business cards, letterhead, envelopes and note cards, can now be ordered online through the College’s new vendor, Universal Printing’s Eprint system.

To facilitate this new system, the Department of Marketing held two hour-long training sessions to teach employees responsible for ordering stationery how to use this new system. The sessions were led by Universal Printing staff, who demonstrated the basics of using Eprint, including how to reorder items and how to customize letterhead and business cards.

Approximately 15 employees attended each session. Another training session may be offered in July if additional employees need to learn how to use the Eprint system.  If you would like to attend the July training session, email harrisva@meredith.edu.

Through a competitive bidding process, Universal Printing was selected earlier this year to fulfill the College’s stationery needs at a significant savings to offices and departments across campus. Universal Printing is based in Durham, N.C.

Meredith faculty and staff who need to order stationery but have not been trained to use the new system should contact Vanessa Harris in the Department of Marketing at ext. 8405 or harrisva@meredith.edu.
