This summer, Todd Lechner joined the Meredith College community as facilities maintenance manager.
Lechner has extensive experience in maintenance and HVAC education with an associate degree in HVAC/Plumbing from the State University of New York (SUNY), Delhi, NY. He is licensed as a general contractor under North Carolina licensure, has LEED training and holds a universal chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) certification.
Lechner operated his own company for residential/commercial remodeling and construction for 10 years in Rochester, N.Y., to include sheet metal, siding, roofing, windows, doors, framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, concrete, site prep and excavation and flooring.
