A Conversation with Jessica Matthews and Julia Silverman, Co-founders of Uncharted Play

Date: Wednesday, October 2, 2013
Time: 3:30pm - 4:40pm
Location: Jones Auditorium

Join two very smart and cool women in a conversation about taking risks, starting a business, making a difference, dealing with social problems globally, and having fun!  That’s what they are all about as they develop an acclaimed start-up business, Uncharted Play. These are the women who invented the Soccket –a soccer ball that generates power as you play. It can charge a cell phone or provide a reading light in developing nations, making communication and education possible. Huge problems solved through play! Come and ask them tough questions! They want to hear your questions and ideas, face-to-face.  Stephen Colbert and Bill Clinton are big fans of these two.
