Autism Program at Meredith

The Meredith Autism Program

Meredith Autism ProgramThe Meredith Autism Program (MAP) is an intensive early intervention program for young children with autism. The structure of this intervention uses operant conditioning methods and discrete trial teaching specifically applied to children with autism as based on the works of Ivar Lovaas.

The MAP serves children, ages 2 to 6, who receive an average of 35 hours a week year-round of one-on-one intervention as part of a comprehensive treatment program for children with autism. Children must start services by the age of 42 months.
