Softball - Oct. 13
Raleigh, N.C. - Ground has been broken and the footers have been poured for the new softball dugouts at Meredith. The dugouts will feature cinder block walls painted in Meredith maroon, a shingle roof, storage areas and concrete floors. Work is expected to be completed in approximately a month and ready for the 2010 season.

The outfield surfaces are also seeing renovations during the winter so they more attractive during the early spring season.
