Volleyball - Sept. 26
Raleigh, N.C. - The Meredith volleyball swept away the competition in the USA South tri-match hosted by Meredith. Meredith defeated each Shenandoah and Greensboro 3-0 gaining two conference wins.

Meredith hosted Shenandoah in the first match of the day. Meredith took an easy first set winning 25-8. The second set saw Meredith get off to a rocky start but storm back to take the set 25-23. Meredith easily sealed the match with a 25-12 win in the third. Meredith was led by Morgan White and Mallory Booker led the way for the Avenging Angels both having 10 kills. Rebecca Yow had 32 assists.

Meredith continued their hot streak by sweeping Greensboro 3-0. The Avenging Angels won the match 25-20, 25-21, 25-17. Meredith was led by White with 10 kills and Booker with eight kills. Yow had 25 assists.

Meredith next hosts Peace college on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
