Volleyball - Sept. 9
Raleigh, N.C. - The Avenging Angels volleyball team took the quick 2-0 lead until Guilford College won the next two to push a fifth set. The Quakers (3-3) won the fifth set 16-14.

Meredith (3-3) was led by Morgan White with 14 kills, 15 digs and four aces. Emily Anderson had seven kills and 13 digs. Kara Baughman led the team with 19 sets.

Meredith next travels to face Roanoke at 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the Emory & Henry tournament.
