The Meredith tennis team defeated Averett 9-0 on Saturday and move to the USA South championship match on Sunday. This is the first conference championship match for the Meredith as they try to avenge their earlier 5-4 loss to Methodist.

The match on Sunday has been moved to a 9 a.m. start time due to the incoming rain.
