The Meredith softball team took on conference opponent Greensboro College on Tuesday afternoon. The Pride took the series winning 14-0 and 2-1.

Game 1 - Greensboro 14, Meredith 0 - 5 innings - The Avenging Angels never got their offense going. Greensboro took a quick 2-0 lead and cruised to the 5 inning win.

Game 2 - Greensboro 2, Meredith 1 - Becki Roebock went 3 for 3 and scored Meredith's lone run. Arielle Stout and Jo Zachmeyer had singles. Stout started game two and struck out 10 Greensboro batters.

Meredith next travels to Danville, Va. on April 6 to face Averett.
