The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its All-Conference awards for men's and women's cross country. A total of 60 student-athletes have been named to the USA South All-Conference teams. Meredith gained four spots on the Honorable Mention Team from Audrey Darby, Joyce McLeod, Jessica Panameno, and Katie Helms.  Lauren Connell was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
