Rental agreements are for 12 months. The apartment rental fee is included in the cost of attendance at Meredith, and will be considered when determining financial assistance packages for students for each term enrolled.

The apartment building consists of 48 units each containing four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and 28 units containing two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are designed for single occupancy.

Each apartment includes a living/dining area, a kitchen with full-sized appliances, and a washer and dryer. Rent fees cover the cost of apartment rent, all utilities, internet access, trash/recycling service and local phone service.

2 bedroom/2 bathroom units
$3920 per person per semester (fall and spring)
$1568 per person for summer (enrollment in summer school is not required, however, Tenant is responsible for rent payment)

4 bedroom/2 bathroom units
$3325 per person per semester (fall and spring)
$1330 per person for summer (enrollment in summer school is not required, however, Tenant is responsible for rent payment)

There are three billing cycles corresponding with each term: Fall, Spring, and Summer.
