What happens if my Meredith ring is damaged or I lose it?

Jostens provides a lifetime warranty of your college ring if it is ever cracked, dented or damaged in some way.

All you have to do is call them and they will walk you through the steps to getting it fixed.

If you lose your ring in the first 4 years Jostens does offer a replacement for a small fee. If you choose to add an extended warranty for loss up to 6 years, it is $29.

However, if you lose your ring after 4 years, you will have to pay the full cost of the ring to replace it. Josten's Customer Service line is (800) 854-7464.

Can I rent the Mae Grimmer Alumnae House Parlor for my own event?

You may! The Alumnae House parlor can be rented for 4-hour blocks of time. It seats 25; if you were having a "floating" type of event, it can accommodate up to 49 people maximum.

You are free to bring with you refreshments that you have made yourself, or you may choose to have the event catered through Meredith's catering service;

however, we do not allow for private catering companies to cater events because of the terms of our contract with Aramark Corp. regarding campus food service.

The rental fee for an Alumna of the College is $150.00. If you would wish to reserve the space you must call Meredith Events at 919.760.8533 with the following information:

1. Requested date (please have 2-3 choices in order of preference)
2. Desired 4-hour time frame
3. Whether you will be providing your own refreshments or whether you would like the event catered by Meredith Catering
4. Estimated attendance
5. Mailing information for sending the reservation confirmation and "Facilities Use Policies" form
6. Contact phone number (s).

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

Official Meredith College transcripts can be requested on-line using a major credit card. Visit www.getmytranscript.com, select "Meredith College" and click "Order" to start your transcript request.The cost of a transcript is $5.00 per copy plus a $2.25 on-line processing fee per recipient. Transcript orders are generally processed in 3-5 business days.  When ordering transcripts online, you will receive real-time order updates by email and can also track your order on the Transcript Ordering Web site. If a rush order is needed, a same-day request may be made to the Office of the Registrar for a fee of $15.00 during normal business hours.
