Scholarships
As recognition for outstanding ability and talent, Meredith College sponsors highly competitive scholarship programs. Your admission application is automatically used for scholarship consideration. However, separate applications are required for art, music, interior design, Thomas Meredith Baptist Heritage and Paschal (computer/mathematics) scholarships.
The Meredith College Admissions Office selects scholarship finalists after reviewing each applicant's high school record, SAT results, recommendations, level of involvement in out-of-class activities and other individual factors. Winners in each category are chosen for their excellent performance and potential for success. To be considered for these scholarships, applicants must be accepted for admission to the College by the priority admissions application deadline of February 15.
Competitive scholarship awards are renewable each year if recipients maintain the required academic average. Scholarship winners may also qualify for need-based financial aid awards.
