Congratulations on your acceptance to Meredith College. Below are next steps that will ensure a successful transition to college. We look forward to welcoming you to Meredith!
Visiting campus is the best way to experience Meredith. Speak with faculty, observe a class, talk with current students, and speak with your admission counselor if you haven’t already done so.
Officially reserve your space for Fall 2015 by submitting your $200 non-refundable deposit. Early Decision deposit is due December 15. Regular Decision deposits should be submitted by May 1 – National Reply Date.
Schedule your attendance at Enroll@MC for either May 30, June 20, or July 10. At Enroll@ MC you’ll meet with a faculty advisor and develop your fall course schedule, meet your classmates, and learn more about academics and student life at Meredith. Attendance is required of all new first year students (exception for students living abroad). If you are unable to attend please contact your admission counselor.
Meredith's Office of Financial Assistance coordinates over $44 million annually in merit and need-based awards. Generous merit scholarships and tuition grants are an important part of each student’s aid package. All students are encouraged to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to ensure access to Meredith, state, and federal assistance options.
You’ll find important information about housing, advising and course registration, and campus life in your handbook. Your timely submission of the required documents will ensure a smooth transition to Meredith.
Upon completion of your senior year, request that your official transcript, AP, IB, dual credit and/or college transcript be sent to the Office of Admissions.
After reserving your space for enrollment, mark your calendar for New Student Orientation. This multi-day event takes place prior to the first day of classes and includes important meetings with faculty and student advisors, opportunities to learn about campus resources, and events to help new students engage in the campus community.
