Newly admitted transfer students will automatically be sent orientation information from the Dean of Students’ office. New student orientation is required and occurs over several days prior to the start of classes, with sessions designed specifically for transfers. At Orientation, you’ll participate in small group discussions with Adult and Transfer Advisors (ATAs) and other transfer students, learn about campus resources, general education requirements, and technology; and participate in the Honor Code ceremony and pledge.  In addition, all new students are encouraged to participate in the summer reading program by reading the selection and participating in a discussion group for transfers and adults.
